End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Best Decision Business LLC ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of Best Decision Project Tools ("the Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data, employee records, estimates, invoices, photos, or other content you create within the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
